Elle est très lente, prend un temps fou pour se retrouver mais fini par donner les mauvais papiers à remplir à la cliente juste après moi et perd mon rendez-vous qu'elle m'avais donné une semaine plutôt! Elle raccroche après avoir répondu au téléphone et ce, 2 fois en différents temps où j'ai appelé. Elle n'est pas novice et elle devrait avoir de l'aide car 2 spécialistes attendaient après elle pour rencontrer leurs patients respectifs. Les formulaires sont incompréhensibles à un certain point.
Management service by the secretary is terrible. She is very slow, takes a long time to find herself but ended up giving the bad papers to fill the client right after me and loses my appointment she had given me a week instead! She hangs up after answering the phone, twice in different times when I called. She is not a novice and she should have help because 2 specialists waited after her to meet their respective patients. The forms are incomprehensible at some point.
