★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fit-Fix was recommended to us by Precor, and even though we live in Vermont and Fit-Fix is in the Montreal area, Kevin came to our home and fixed our Precor for a very reasonable price. He called us back (from his vacation!) made an appointment, was prompt showing up made the repair. We couldn't get local people to even call us back. Highly Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased. They were VERY helpful on the phone, knew the treadmill, knew their stuff, and provided a solid estimate for the potential range of issues. The serviceman came on time, he was quick, knowledgeable and helpful. They did not do any work to my treadmill that was not needed, and will come back out under the service charge if something happens within 3 months. 100% happy.

Kevin is timely and very helpful, we have a number of different types of machines at The Swimming Hole in Stowe VT and he has worked on a lot of them. They are reasonably priced and easy to communicate with, highly recommended!

Their repair guys Dwayne, Aamil and Martin were had interesting inputs on where to put my machines to maximize space. I'll definitely get back to them if the wife needs more fitness equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitness à rabais in Laval sent me to this company to fine-tune a treadmill Lifespan after two years of daily usage. Visit booked in 24 hours and in-house inspection one week later. Parts ordered and now we will see when it will be repaired. So far the communication has been amazing and pricing reasonable knowing we didn’t want to end up replacing the entire unit. We learned how NOT to oil a treadmill which would have solved the root cause of the repair so lovely knowledge transfer by technician! Highly recommended and payment was contactless. All COVID precautions were respected.

He was knowledgeable, professional, polite and efficient.
Covid health protocols were also well observed.
The problem was fixed and I’m very satisfied.
5 stars for the service I received from Raj, overall I would give the company 4 stars as I feel the travel fees are a little excessive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife bought a new Horizon 7.0 AT treadmill and paid a couple of hundred dollars extra to have the treadmill assembled when it was delivered. Unfortunately the treadmill didn’t work after the delivery guys (who said they’d never put one together before!) left. Because we’re in northern Vermont, it was initially a problem for Horizon to find a repair company. Once they gave us Fit-Fix Repair’s info, it was easy to set up an appointment for Kevin to come to our house (the company is in Montreal). He had an idea what might be wrong; he was able to fix it in under an hour. The treadmill is now working beautifully! And Kevin was very nice. There was no charge because, of course, the treadmill is under warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a 10 minutes visit of a technician, at a cost of $150, I was told my noisy treadmill was too old and parts are not available anymore. I did some research on the net and learned that there is an adjustment to the tension of the belt, I tried that and sure enough the banging is gone and the treadmill works smoothly and is just fine. You would think that the technician would do a minimal check !?
