β β β β β Joe was awesome helping us with all our lighting needs and very reasonable. He upgraded all our lighting throughout the office and installed a Nest security system for us. He even suggested that we switch out all of our lighting to LED which has saved us on the monthly bills. These guys are easy to work with, highly recommend!!!

β β β β β I used the Home Depot Service Connect to find someone to install a ceiling fan in the bedroom. I received responses from 2 of the 3 contractors. Renwd Electrical had the best rates, and we very easy to work with for scheduling. Excellent customer service and very pleased with Joeβs work. Have already recommended this company to friends.

β β β β β After doing multiple renovations in our home, my husband and I couldn't believe the impact of the lighting, above all other Reno's. We needed to update or add lighting to almost every room in our home, and Joe was extremely helpful and insightful in helping us form a plan. He worked efficiently, and was friendly to deal with. On top of what we hired him to do, he also found multiple fire hazards from poorly done DIY jobs of a previous owner. Our home is now perfectly lit and safe for our family!

β β β β β Joe is fantastic. He was recommended by someone else, and we're so glad we reached out to him. He was efficient, professional, and very friendly. We hired him to do one thing, but we ended up asking him to do a bunch of other electrical things we wanted to eventually get done, and he was so accommodating and willing to help. Joe went above and beyond what he needed to do, and we really appreciated that. We will definitely use Joe again for any future electrical work and would recommend him to all of our friends and family. These days, it can be difficult to find someone trustworthy, so we feel really lucky that we found Joe.

β β β β β Joe was Top Notch to deal with. He quoted our hot tub service install accurately, and even worked on the price with us a bit. The install was seamless and particular. Joe has a knack for doing things properly to code and was very knowledgeable with the code requirements, which I can appreciate as a very particular person. We had a great experience overall using Renwd Electrical and Would recommend/use Joe again in the future! Great guy to support!

β β β β β BEWARE Purchased an item on kijiji from Renwd Electrical. The item was damaged and this was not disclosed. He will not take responsibility and take the item back and he has ghosted my follow up. A warning to whoever reads this, this guy is very friendly but do not let this fool you, he was dishonest with me and that reflects on his business accumen also.

β β β β β Joe from Renwd electrical was pleasant to talk to and helpful in submitting the required permit application for the work. The work was done well and Joe was good to work with on site. Unfortunately, the frequency of communication / the response time has been hit and miss over the course of the job, but the work was also initiated before the Christmas break and completed in the New Year.
Despite following up multiple times over the past two weeks, I am still trying to obtain a copy of the approved permit and inspection papers from Renwd, but have still not received them despite being told that they would be provided. For me, paperwork in a timely manner is part of completing a job professionally and part of what was paid for. At this point I may need to request copies of the paperwork for the providers directly which is more work for me.
Once the paperwork is received, I will revise the review.
