β β β β β This pharmacy has very poor customer service. The pharmacist and staff are rude and unaware of the current COVID- 19 vaccine rollout. I was told that I was not eligible for my COVID- 19 vaccine because I was under the age of thirty. However, I explained that I worked at a licensed daycare which made me eligible for the vaccine. The pharmacist then told me I needed proof of employment to get the vaccine, which I did not have (because it was unnecessary). I found this concerning because it was evident that the pharmacist and her staff were not aware and up-to-date with the current COVID- 19 vaccine rollout plan that the government of Alberta had announced on May 3rd, 2021. If the pharmacist were up-to-date with the COVID- 19 vaccine rollout plan, she would know that it is operating on the honor system for child care workers/ teachers getting the vaccine. After being talked down to by the pharmacist for several minutes, she decided to give me a vaccine anyways. When receiving the vaccine from the pharmacists, I was also surprised that she did not explain any potential side effects of receiving the vaccine. She just sat me down and administered the vaccine to me and gave me some paperwork, and sent me on my way. This pharmacy is very unprofessional, and I would advise people to look elsewhere for their pharmaceutical needs.

β β β β β Probably the worst pharmacy Iβve ever been to. Every staff member is rude. They all make up their own rules. They are never consistent. One says one thing and another one says something else. The short lady with dark hair literally called me chubby to my face. One of the men tried to tell me I didnβt need a prescription when my DOCTOR wrote it up for me. I have not had one single good experience here and I would suggest everyone in wainwright area takes their business to rexall pharmacy or value drug mart pharmacy. This Walmart pharmacy is a joke. No customer service, they think they are better than you and they insult you.
