Nous avons fait le design de notre projet avec une tierce compagnie et l’équipe de Rénovation Urbain Design fut responsable de l’exécution des travaux. Très bonne gestion de projet, personnel très sympathique et budget respecté. Quelques petites lacunes sur la qualité de l’exécution (finition), mais les déficiences furent corrigées rapidement à notre satisfaction. Nous recommandons cet entrepreneur et son équipe.
Our renovation project consisted of eliminating a bedroom in a condo to expand the living and dining area. We did the design of our project with a third company and the team of Rénovation Urbain Design was responsible for the execution of the work. Very good project management, very friendly staff and respected budget. Some small deficiencies in the quality of the execution (finish), but the deficiencies were corrected quickly to our satisfaction. We recommend this contractor and his team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kitchen and closet Reno: Designer was unfocused on the mandated task, doing his own thing as directing staff to do things we did not want. Trades were working on plumbing and electricity prior to plan being accepted, resulting in various problems. Budget wasn't respected. They basically moved 1 inside wall for $53k and left us damaged fixtures. Hired other professionals to complete the job, resulting in double our budget. If you hire keep designer on thought leash
