â â â â â I'm at the beginning stages of my home remodel. Even though I've done several home remodels in California... I'm new to Montreal/Quebec and Canada. So having a Project Manager like James Jefford with me every step of the way has been a huge sigh of relief and helps with the stress, information, budgeting, and everything else that has come up thus far. I'll be continuing to redo the entire foundation and build a fully finished basement as well as add an additional upper level to the home the year after. I intend to use Billdr every step of the way for our 2-phase full-house remodeling project in central Montreal. I highly recommend both Billdr and James Jefford as a Project Manager. -JP

He was always on time, never missed a day, helped us with suggestions for our vision of the project. James and Steven made the best team. They understand what we wanted and we are very very happy of the result. For future project I recommend Buildr. For James our Project Manager you were the best.
