My linoleum floors that were installed on particle board were near impossible to remove on my own and delayed my other Reno's. Joe answered the call and took care of everything within days. Mike and Jack were both there to help and did an awesome job at a reasonable price. I will absolutely go back to Joe for any future Reno's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am doing basement renovations and removed the old carpet to put down vinyl tile. There is a support post near the stairs and the concrete there was about 1/2" higher than the rest of the floor. I wasn't sure how to deal with it and contacted a few different companies. Joe at Reno Ready responded right away and came 2 days later to take a look and give an estimate. (I actually had his estimate before the other companies made contact.) Joe assessed the level of the floor and concluded that the main problem was by the post and the best option was to grind down the floor by the post and a couple other high spots. He said he would fit this job in to his schedule the following week and contact me the night before.
I got a call on Monday night from Joe saying that one of his crew, Matthew would be by at 8:30 am the next day.
Matthew showed up pretty much exactly at 8:30am with all the equipment. I was worried about dust but the vacuum did a surprisingly good job of keeping the dust down. Matthew did a good job of grinding and levelling the concrete by the post as well as the other high spots. He made sure to examine the whole floor and look for other problem areas. I think it took him 5 or 6 hours to do the grinding and he left the floor level and the area as clean as it was before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had torn down our old kitchen cabinets and we needed to get the drywall and floor repaired, for new cabinets. I called Joe to take care of the repairs. Parts of my floor had K3, other parts had subfloor and other parts needed subfloor. Joe did a great job repairing and levelling the floor. They also put in new drywall for the incoming backsplash. Joe did a great job and afterwards we had no issues with installing the new cabinets. Joe is very knowledgeable and great to work with.

I called him in to rip out a floor at short notice ... they turned up early, got the job finished in time, left the jobsite spotless and most of all .. the work was done properly. I'll be calling Joe for every floor now as it would have taken us much longer and we wouldn't have done as good of a job.

The linoleum flooring we had was very difficult to remove, but the guys did a fantastic job! Got it all done that day, sanded, and clean. Very impressed with the entire experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe truly was exceptional and takes great care in the quality of his work, his crew removed our carpets and were very clean and diligent. Joe also went above and beyond to help us resolve a issue with our base board gaps.
If you need any of your floors removed I highly recommend Joe and Reno Ready Floors.

I went with Reno Ready knowing they were more expensive than the flooring company as quality was my top priority and knew Joe would deliver it without any hesitation ,if you looking for a quick fix I suggest don’t bother with Joe .This is the second time using Reno Ready and won’t be the last for sure.
