Nous avons appelé l’entreprise afin d’obtenir une soumission, dans le but d’effectuer les travaux au courant de la prochaine année. Le propriétaire avait une attitude aucunement bienveillante, très arrogant. Il nous demande si nous avons la maison et pourquoi nous appelons... Puis nous demande de payer des frais pour obtenir une soumission, ce qui est comprenable. Toutefois, Je Demande plus d’information, et n’ayant pas eu le temps de finir ma phrase, il me raccroche la ligne au nez.... Quel service exécrable. Bad customer experience! We proceed to the purchase of a house and need to redo the roof and the windows. We called the company to get a quote for the purpose of doing the work over the next year. The owner had an attitude that was not benevolent, very arrogant. He asks us if we have the house and why we call ... Then we ask to pay a fee to get a quote, which is understandable. However, I Ask more information, and having not had time to finish my sentence, he hangs the line in the nose .... What an execrable service.

Nous devions déplacer ce rangement de métal qui pèse 6000 livres ainsi que refaire une bonne partie de notre terrassement et M. Lebel nous à rendu ce service en un tour de main. Nous sommes très satisfait de l'èquipe de Réno-Pro We had excellent service. Mr. Lebel used his SkyTrack to move our container. We had to move this metal storage that weighs 6000 pounds and remake much of our earthwork and Mr. Lebel us this service in a jiffy. We are very satisfied with the Réno-Pro team

Le professionnalisme et le service à la cliente offert par Mr Lebel et son équipe a été tel que nous n'avons même pas envisagé demander ailleurs lorsqu'est venu le temps de prévoir les travaux de revêtement extérieurs qui auront lieu dès cet été. Mr Lebel a été extrêmement patient avec nous car nous avons dû ajuster plusieurs fois le devis suite à notre demande de permis à la ville. Malgré tout, Mr Lebel et sont équipe se sont montrés patients et extrêmement serviables tout au long du processus. We called on Reno pro for work on the foundations of the house we bought in 2018. The professionalism and customer service offered by Mr Lebel and his team was such that we did not even consider asking elsewhere when the time has come to plan the exterior cladding work that will take place this summer. Mr Lebel was extremely patient with us because we had to adjust the estimate several times following our request for a permit to the city. Even so, Mr. Lebel and his team were patient and extremely helpful throughout the process. We have no fear about the quality of the work ahead and warmly recommend Reno Pro to anyone who wants quality work and the best service in town!
