★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for expedited shipping. 15 days later the products still haven’t shipped. Website said otherwise at point of purchase.
Working with their support, they give me a story about being busy and that shipping times are never guaranteed. Why charge extra for fast shipping if it’ll never materialize?
Disappointing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't find English books.☹ Its so stuffed that I walked in looked for what I needed then left. I don't know if its actually wheelchair accessible in the corners and around the tables. It's very crammed ...I don't like the layout because you can't really see that much around the store... With the layout if someone comes beside you, you can't backup because you will most likely hit things of the display tables. Or you will most likely just walk away from the item you were looking at... I honestly don't know if the store is clean because there is so much stuff everywhere. I don't consider bringing young kids in this store and if you don't like small places.
