โ โ โ โ โ I had called in on Nov 21 to place an item on hold and when I arrived, the item wasn't available due to a miscommunication at the store.
The manager (?) working not only went out of her way to call other locations, she quickly came up with a comparable substitute so I could leave with what I came in for and helped me search for the size I needed. This speaks volumes on how much the team here values their customers ?

โ โ โ โ โ I am a regular customer at this store but I had a particularly pleasant experience there today (April 2/22) with an employee named Annie. My pug has cancer and we don't know how long he'll be with us so I wanted a small bag of his food which they didn't have at this store. When I got home there was a message that Annie had found one, she'd offered to pick it up for me in Ajax on Monday and I could get it from her (the Whitby) store on Tuesday. In a time when no-one seems to care these days, I was blown away by Annie's customer service ethic and how much she cared give our dog's illness. Thank you Annie. You're unbelievable!

โ โ โ โ โ The lady who helped me today tall brunette wasnโt able to catch her name and she was wonderful so friendly and helpful! She gave me a complimentary bag of dog food for my picky senior dog! Very grateful :)

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent selection of raw foods, natural chews and treats, dog clothing, beds, collars, leashes and supplements. Second to none for variety and items that are hard to find elsewhere. Staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Will make this our go-to for food, chews, treats and whippet friendly items.

โ โ โ โ โ Went looking for dog coats and beds. They had an impressive quantity of sizes, shapes, styles of both. The employees were friendly and helpful. Well stocked bright store with good parking. All good for my first visit.

โ โ โ โ โ Photographers taking pet pictures were in my way and didn't move however one of the people selling raw food helped me though I don't think she was Ren's staff. Only Ren's staff was the cashier who was dealing with a line up but was very pleasant. I would have spent more if there were staff around. Recommend the store as it is well stocked.
