★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible experience all around! Joe and his team were so professional, helpful, available and helped us so much throughout the process of making a decision on reupholstering our couches. They were never pushy and wanted us to be 100% confident and comfortable with our selections, even inviting us to the shop to approve the final details in-person. We had good quality couches that we loved, but were dated from the 90's, and Rembourrage Ouest de l'ilse took them to another level! We still cannot believe that every single stitch is exactly as it was with our old fabric! Phenomenal work! Their designer (Milaré), visited our home (taking all COVID protocols into account) to help us choose the fabric that fit our space. Milaré was super knowledgeable and amazing to work with! We even opted for a custom ottoman and custom coffee table that wraps around the ottoman - fantastic recommendation by Milaré! We LOVE how it all turned out! Don't look any further - you will not go wrong with Joe, Francois, and Rembourrage Ouest de l'Ile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe and his team did a wonderful job reupholtering a wingback chair for my mother on a rather tight timeline when everywhere else I called was telling me it would take months and months, they got it done in a few weeks. The attention to detail is impecable, and the fabric is excellent quality, they really did an impressive job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most frustrating and worst experience I have ever had with a company! I contacted them to re-upholster 8 antique chairs. Joe, one of the owners, was very accommodating at the beginning. He delivered my chairs and I paid for the service. Unfortunately, I did not sit on the chairs and after he left I noticed that he did not stuff the chairs and he simply changed the seat material. I contacted him soon after and was told that they don't stuff the chairs (what kind of re-upholstering is that) but promised that he would re-do the chairs. He came by picked up one chair to re-do and return it for my approval. This transaction took place in October 2021 and he strung me along with lots of excuses, and broken promises. I contacted him several times to follow up on the progress and he continuously gave me excuses and finally he stopped taking my calls or answering my texts. I finally lost patience and asked him to return the one chair and I didn't want to do any more business with him. He would ignore my calls. I had my husband call him on his phone, which he didn't recognize the number, and he picked up immediately. Again, promising he would return the chair which he never did. Finally, we went to his shop and got my chair back. No big surprise, he never even started on the chair!! This took 5 months. He could have been more honest and tell me he simply couldn't do it. Seriously, stay away from this company and go elsewhere. They don't deserve your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just got our sofa set back and we are blown away with the terrific quality and feel of our set. Our Italian Natuzzi set now has a new lease on life and feels amazing, substantial and such good quality. Joe and François did an excellent job. I would recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had three bar stools that needed to be fixed. I didn’t want to purchase new ones as the structure was still solid. Being environmentally conscious, I wanted to see if they could be refurbished.
Joe was very friendly and easy to deal with. As for the chairs, they look absolutely brand new and have become comfortable once again! Very happy and highly recommend.

Found the team was very co-operative and responsive to my needs and built a beautiful custom banquette seat for my loft. Have gone back and worked with them again for other projects due to the great service and quality!

We absolutely love the 4 pieces that they reupholstered for us. We had one sofa and 2 chairs + ottoman done by Joe and his team. Not only was the quality of the work exceptional, so was the service from helping us select the appropriate material to delivery of the final pieces. We are using them again ... and being true to this, upon delivery, Joe took back another chair we will have reupholstered. But a picture is worth a 1000 words. These are the pieces they brought back to life for us!
A perfect compliment to our new home! :-)
