We appreciated her so much during the condo purchase that we also used her to help my husband and I buy our first home together. She is professional and courteous, and responds quickly to inquiries, both by text message and by phone. She is really knowledgeable in her field, and answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. Having experience both with buying and selling with her, she works hard to make sure you are paying a fair price and receiving a fair price. She also pointed out things I never would have thought of, such as researching the condo management team, looking back on past years of their financial management, and more. If I didn't use her, I would have ended up in a place with questionable reserve fund practices. When purchasing our house (a new build), she knew exactly what questions to ask the builders and helped us find a great fit. Once again, she knew what to look for in terms of lot direction and other factors that suited our lifestyle, things I honestly would never have thought to think about. I'm so grateful for all her help!
