Many Reliable towing staff have come to pick up our big black beast of a duelly diesel and drag it into Warman from our farm may times. Affordable and great service!

Reliable Tow & Recovery out of Warman, Sk was dispatched through CAA to boost our truck with a dead battery that was located directly in Warman. We sat in our second vehicle parked beside our dead vehicle for over 3 hours in -37 and did not receive any notification of when they would be arriving. After contacting CAA we were informed that this towing company would call us directly to tell us when they would be on their way. After waiting an additional hour in our vehicle we called Reliable Tow & Recovery in which we were informed that it would be an additional hour wait time. We called CAA back and cancelled the call due to the lack of customer service and common courtesy from Reliable Tow & Recovery. The receptionist from Reliable Tow & Recovery then called me directly and was mad that the disbatch had been cancelled through CAA. She then continued to argue with me about the situation and would not respect or comprehend our decision to cancel the call. Although it was a busy day for tow services due to the weather, a common courtesy phone call would have sufficed, as we had a dog stuck at home that we could have tended to had we received a phone call from Reliable Tow & Recovery stating that they were behind schedule. For this reason, we would not recommend this company to anyone needing a tow in Warman, Sk.

Staff were super nice, quick with response and help, reasonable pricing. Our semi truck and trailer with cargo was stuck in deep wet snow and they got us out in an hour!!!! If i will need help, definetly will use their services again.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience with this shop. Unfortunately gas was put into our dodge truck instead of diesel. While getting our truck towed by reliable towing, we were told that they could also “fix” the truck. While talking on the phone with the mechanic he admitted that he wasn’t sure how to drop the tank to clean out the gas. My husband offered suggestions how to do it (that was a warning flag but we like to support local and assume that he was the professional who knew what he was doing). The gas was not cleaned out of the lines properly. Also our VP pump should of been replaced but wasn’t (that’s a must when gas goes threw). Our gages were set to high as well. The rails were not cleaned either. Also the mechanic told us we had to pay out of pocket for the injectors to be rebuilt when it should of been paid by the third party who was responsible for putting gas into our truck. I called to ask the mechanic a few questions as I was unsure why such little work was being done and if it’s being done correctly. He was very defensive on the phone, and not pleasant to talk too. Once we finally got our truck back from reliable towing it was still acting up. We brought it over to two other well known diesel shop in saskatoon for them to take a look at it. They both said work was missed that should of been done. The one shop who did the work for us was wonderful to do business with now our truck is running great. The only good thing we can say about reliable towing is that the towing driver was very nice and prompt. Would not recommend this shop to anyone for diesel repairs. They should stick to towing.

I had a flat tire and called reliable towing in warman and they where there under a half hour and had my tire changed in under 10 minutes. The guys are very polite and helpful. I defiantly recommend this company

Shout out to Adam at Reliable Towing. When he arrived he was fast, kind and efficient to get me out of the ditch. Also the person on dispatch, she told me how much it would be and approximately when to expect the tow. Everything turned out just as expected. Couldn’t expect more.

Reliable came a pulled a truck out of the ditch for us and was excellent. Adam was great at making sure there was no additional damage to the truck while removing it from the ditch. The service and price were great. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I have had bad experiences with 1 particular driver, Braiden, was rude with poor customer service, but other then him everyone else are good people but other then that the receptionist lady was one the most wonderful and helpful people i have dealt with, extremely understanding of people situations mine specifically. in town to so that is always a plus. would recommend using them for your towing needs. hopefully i don't have to but if i need a tow will be using them again. the 4 stars is based on the one worker stated above due to his poor customer service. other then that 5/5 buinsness
