I have tried massage therapy at many places to deal with the tension in my neck, shoulders and hip and never really found someone who could consistently help ease the pain and tension.
She also provides a tone of helpful tips and advice on things I can do to prevent the issues in the first place. You can tell she really knows her stuff!
The location itself is great and they take covid safety very seriously. Could not recommend this place more!

Emily was so good and both of us left there feeling so good !! We will be back to see Emily !! Thank you for a great experience today !! Definitely recommend this place !! So clean and cute !! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My last few massages were from Darby and they were fantastic. I highly recommend her. I always feel so much better afterwards. I'm not very old but my back can still hurt after working a desk job.
I like the new location which is on a quiet street and they have a nice setup inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't look anywhere else for a massage; after years of using other spas around Ottawa, when all I need is a good massage, I happily found relax. As with any place, you need to find the right RMT, and for me that was Darby. Darby always remembers the previous reasons or areas of focus you requested, checking for any changes and providing recommendations based on various aches and pains.
