Front entrance staff could be more attentive to visitors rather than have them wait until they ask why the visitor is here. I stood at front desk for five minutes before being acknowledged... not professional at all.

The uninvited reviews for 1-star are the most pervasive, persistent and passionately negative stories about any multi-national commercial enterprise which you may ever read on the internet. Edit: the "canned" response is typical and as for the useless help desk, you can see dozens and dozens of hyper-critical reviews on trustpilot about that.
