Amazing! I've for all my haircuts since moving here. They even fixed a HUGE home coloring incident I had and it looked amazing after. Wouldn't go anywhere else in town.

This was the worst experience of my entire life. They were extremely unprofessional and horrible to work with. They completely butchered my hair and cut off way more than I had asked for and they had no accountability for their actions. I would never recommend going here EVER!!!! Zero stars!!

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. The hairdresser used the wrong guard and basically shaved my head by accident, and then trying to fix it she made both sides of my head a different length. I had to go somewhere else to pay to try to get it fixed. Unbelievable.

I am writing this review because yet again someone close to me has been wronged by this salon and I cannot let it go anymore. My dear friend, a mother of two, called me after two days of crying over what is single handedly the worst botched hair job I’ve ever seen or heard of. My friend has beautiful extremely long hair , and after a bad dye job went to Regis lookig for help. The results were devastating... Firstly, they re-dyed her already damaged hair WITH BLEACH and completely ruined what was left of her hair . Then they cut it all off. After telling her that her hair had been damaged by the previous dye job and needed to be cut, she gave them a picture of a modest and full layered bob just above the shoulders. They gave her something that’s a cross between a pixie cut and an A-line bob. It was nothing like what she asked for, and when she was clearly unhappy with the job they didn’t seem to notice or care that she was unhappy and the stylist had the nerve to comment β€œwell there’s nothing we can do about it now.” She was charged over $200 for this nightmare on top of having all her hair cut off and bleached and ruined. Desperate she went to another salon to have them try to salvage what was left, and the senior stylist there told her there was multiple rings in the back side of her hair where the Regis stylist had obviously over bleached and done a terrible job of blending the colours properly , and the hair was so damaged it needed to be cut even further in order to make it healthy again so she could grow it out. Many MANY tears later she called me and here I am - warning you NOT to go to this salon! My first personal experience with this salon was a few years ago when I was looking for a new stylist as I had just moved to the area. My first experience was good because of the stylist I got, but when I called to book my next appointment with her I was told she no longer worked there. When I asked where she had gone they REFUSED to tell me and hung up on me when I asked why they wouldn’t tell me where she went. I eventually found her on Facebook and she has been my and my entire family’s stylist ever since. My second experience was when my husband needed a haircut and went to Regis without talking to me first - he asked for a CLASSIC cut and gave the girl a picture of what he wanted (a basic captain America style classic cut) and she gave him a buzz cut. It was horrible and definately not what he asked for! Every experience with Regis and their stylists has been a frustratingly major disappointment! Their staff are rude, and clearly not well trained or else they just don’t care about the quality of their work. Neither myself nor anyone I am aquainted with will ever go there again, and I suggest you save your money, time, and hair and go elsewhere!

IN ONE WORD, TRAUMATIZED!!!!!! I went for a trim of no more than 2 inches and received a butchered all out haircut in which the hairdresser took off 10 to 12 inches in total. I'm absolutely devastated as it took me just over 2 years to grow my hair that length. The worst part of all of this was that it was 2 weeks before my wedding and the hairdresser was informed of that detail prior to the appointment. I did not realise how much she cut off immediately due to the way she styled it. I knew it was more than we agreed upon but definitely not as much as she cut off. I went back to the Salon 1 week later after several phone conversations with the understanding that they would refund my money and do something with my hair. To no surprise of mine, they only gave me my money back and basically said "Sorry but there is nothing else we can do for you"! I have very dark hair and it's very very naturally curly, so I suggested highlights to make it look less like a big mop on my head. Again with no surprise to me, she refused and she would not discuss the matter any further. I was also informed that the hairdresser said she only took off 2 to 3 inches, which is an absolute lie! I showed the manager (whom I had been talking to the entire time about everything and told me what the hairdresser said) pictures of my hair taken the night before the appointment and she just sluffed them off and said "Oh"! Last but not least, while combing my hair she ripped my earing out of my right ear. Seriously, the woman they have working here are beyond any moral comprehension. I had to replace my own earring, which wad 10 c gold. Is this the kind of service you want? I think not! I'm so disgusted with their professional behavior and I strongly recommend going to another Salon as you will most likely regret going to this one! If I could give Zero Stars.......I would!

TLDR- Just DONT go, they will overcharge for not worth it. Please save yourself, your money, and your hair. I’ve been here and got a men’s cut, but the charged me like 10 bucks more cause I’m a female. They’re rough, quiet, seem to hate their jobs. No chatting, they don’t listen. No idea what they are doing. When they’re dying there is no Vaseline to protect your skin from dye, and they get it EVERYWHERE. Ears, forehead. Everywhere. Hair gets all over you when they’re cutting it (I know it’s somewhat unavoidable, but a full lock of hair? REALLY?) small bits are understandable but locks. No. Super expensive, super painful, and now super embarrassing.

For 220$, you wouldn't expect to go home wanting to cry. Even after they fixed the patches all over, ill never get back the 4 extra inches they took off my hair even after I told them I was growing it out. Very dissatisfied with this service and I will be continuing to cut my own hair from now on, ill never trust a hair dresser after this experience.

Terrible! Save your money! They will quote you then make you pay way more at the end! Even after they mess your hair up and make you pay for the products and time used to fix their mistakes! Not to mention they charge almost $50 to blow dry your hair after they have coloured it!
