Shoppers Drug Mart - Yorkton

This is one of MY FAVOURITE places to buy premium made/brands of makeup here!! Shopping here is A MUST! They also have brand name perfumes/colognes as well!!

This is for the app not the store. I spend more time locked out of it than on. Crazy. Never had to spend 7 different calls to get account unlocked again and again. I'd give it a zero if l could. The store itself is fine.

I wanna talk with rude staff at Shoppers in Yorkton Parkland Mall. Today, I underwent a terrible experience at Shoppers. I got insulted and I don't wanna undergo this horrible experience again. Never, Ever. 1. Today (Jan, 9th), I want to buy 3 trays of eggs in the flyer at $2.49 for 2 trays of eggs and $2.69 for 1 tray of 1 egg. 2. However, 1 staff (senior women) said "You can buy only 2 tray of eggs, Egg is limited." and she stole 1 tray of egg of 3 trays of eggs. 3. I explained "I can buy 3 trays of eggs" and shown the flyer to her. Although, she never saw my cell phone. 4. Suddenly, Brandon (another staff, hair is pink color) stole my other 2 trays of eggs and he wanted to kick me out by saying "You will go out, we don't sell any egg to you". He is really rude and I got insulted. 5. I tried to take a picture about him in order to report this problem to Shoppers Head office. 6. He interrupted taking a picture and he called a police officer by calling 911. I was surprised!! And he said "Police is on the way. You don't go anywhere" to me. His behavior was rude. Super Rude. Extremely Rude! Additionally, I guess he was really rude to only me, because I'm Asian. 7. A police officer heard his and my explanation. Additionally, I shown the flyer to the officer. And the officer said "I can't figure out why he(Brandon) invaded your right to buy eggs. However, he(Brandon) said they(Shoppers in Yorkton) have the limitation. Therefore, you can buy only 2 eggs. I don't know the reason. And it is not the crime. So if you have any complaint, I recommend you report it to Shoppers head office" to me. This is my terrible experience at Shoppers in Yorkton. In addition, it is true. I could not buy any egg at Shoppers and I underwent terrible, impolite, super rude, aggressive and offensive experience. I and police office agreed with this is unfair and their limitation does not have any reason. Even, another customer said "It is really unreasonable" and gave me 1 tray of eggs. HaHaHa! As a matter of fact, Brandon should ask to be excused to customers, if they had any limitation to buy eggs and he notified customers of the limitation by installing the notice. However, I can't find any notice and the limitation is arbitrary behavior without any reasonable reason. (I could see the price tag that existed in the flyer!) I did not receive any apology about their unreasonable and super rude behavior from anybody. Additionally, I complained this problem to the head office. However, they don't reply to me until now. If anybody wants to insist their behavior is correct, I want to receive the apology from Shoppers head office. This is Head office's responsibility because head office created the flyer incorrectly. Head office had to make 2 limitation to buy eggs, No after 2 at $2.69. Anyway...I only wanted to buy 3 trays of eggs, 2 trays at $2.49 and 1 tray at $2.69 according to the flyer. I can't understand why this is my fault. (Brandon insisted it is my fault. So he kicked me out by calling the police officer) An owner will explain for it to me well, if it is my fault.

Polite staff and much better service than other pharmacies I've been to. ??

The fact that this pharmacy closes at 8pm is single handedly the only reason it go 2 stars

Cannot speak for the actual Shoppers Drug Mart store, but the Canada Post located inside is the best. Always super friendly & efficient staff. This location > local post office, any day.

The lady Rhonda in the pharmacy doesnt listen, overtalks you, and tries to make you feel like she is better than you and could care less if you ever come back. Do yourself a favour and dont go here in the first place to avoid an inevitable bad day at some point

Rhonda from the pharmacy gives people who financially struggle alot of attitude and respect to people who are well-off like her. She holds a grudge and has been disrespectful to me more than once, making an already burdening situation worse and uncomfortable in front of staff, other customers and my own children. She could have politely explained the return policy but instead takes offence personally and chooses words that escalate the situation instead of professionally trying to come to a mutual resolution and retain customers She should take a break from being sooooo busy and get some customer service training- it isnt beneath her-it is necessary.
