We had an issue on few occasions with our tractor and we were very impressed with the help we got, couple of times getting our issue resolved the same day which actually exceeded our expectations.

Absolute best service we've ever seen, bar none... Period! Had Jake Phillips as a sales guy and have never seen such a courteous, friendly, or knowledgeable professional to date. These guys are the real deal.
Went to all the other dealers around and Regional out classes them all.

We were looking for a tractor and we stopped by Regional tractor.
Mike Maifrini their sales rep helped us through. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. After the tractor was delivered he was there when we needed his help to walk us through some questions. Great Job Mike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought a Ferris ISX800 and was underwhelmed by the experience. After 2 weeks for a PDI I received the mower. Upon delivery reverse did not function properly due to linkage popping out during transport. With their help I popped it back in however I also had to adjust the handles so that they didn’t hit each other or the arm rests. Within a few minute of the first mow a nut that holds up the mower deck fell off; the salesman’s reaction was essentially “you were driving too fast”, after tightening it and 15 hours it’s amazing it hasn’t budged. Not sure what the 2 weeks of PDI was even for, glad we have never bought any of our other machines from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a hydraulic filter #84257511, looked it up on their web site. Web site says $65, go to the store. Price now $88. Guy tells me that is their best jobber price, regular is $102. Unfair and misleading pricing. I avoid companies like this. I went to NAPA and got the filter, for $67.
