... What's really nice is if you find your bus pass expired when getting on the bus the drivers allow you to ride downtown to get a Top up of your bus pass
... Not sure if the drivers offer the same courtesy if you're getting on a bus from ballon town as you don't have an excuse at this point

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most if the time I had bad experience especially on route 5- Downtown to uplands. Driver didn’t stop bus for me. I was waiving at stop but he just passed by two times this happened and today driver was actually 4 minutes late and then he started using his phone while bus was stopped at my stop near Avonhurst plaza and when I asked him when the bus will leave from here and he replied that he has to send some important message to someone after that we will leave right now. This is ridiculous. We got lage because of him and missed our next bus from downtown and now have to wait another half an hour in the downtown for next bus. Drivers should adhere to the responsibility of reaching at time. This careless attitude is not right and cannot be tolerated by the passengers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bus was supposed to come at stop 1558 at 3:18 Pm today it didn’t showed up we pay the prices for regina trasit to travel or for them to not to show up the bus resumed its route from a different loaction 20 minutes later The bus was 2201 . I was on time there but the bus didn’t show up later i called the number that show on the board at the stop they put me at hold that was okay later she said that there is nothing that they can do so wasted 15 minutes over the phone to get that answer , In other cities they have special cabs for the people if the buses are late or for technical issue with bus but here they say nothing about it and do nothing about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly enlightened by the Female Driver " Ms. Bev " who's currently driving Route No. 40 & Bus No. 830. Defeating her age, she always welcomes the passengers with Awesome Smile & excellent customer service, also simultaneously driving at assigned speed, following traffic rules & again saying " Have a Wonderful Day "..everytime when every single passenger reaches their destination. I am a regular rider of the same bus & not even single time, I have seen any decline in her customer service despite crazy weather. She's awesome driver. I wanna say every other driver should follow her driving style & service delivery. And I would like to say to Regina Transit authorities that such Drivers such be appropriately rewarded..
