Saskatchewan Shao-lin Kempo is comprised of three clubs: our parent club, the Regina Institute of Kempo Karate; and two affilliate clubs, Living Skies Kempo in Warman, and Cypress Kempo Karate Club, with branches in Gull Lake and Maple Creek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had our kids going here for 6 years and they still love going. The instructors are amazing and care about teaching and care about the students. It is such a welcoming and friendly environment that you just can not make friends there. There is no competitions but they learn traditional values and ways.
