★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had underpinning completed last year from Regina House Leveling and Travis and his crew were excellent to deal with.
Their work was professionally completed and they went over and above to schedule in a few other jobs that we wanted done. Obviously with underpinning a house things can arise and Travis was excellent when it came to addressing any issues. The job went very well. Communication was ideal and anytime we had questions he was very detailed in answering them.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have underpinning and other services completed.
10 out of 10. Thanks to Travis and his crew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Unprofessional, difficult to get a hold of once the job was actually started. Lots of miscommunication, days where they didn't show up for the job we hired them for with absolutely no notice (multiple times). We had them do a levelling job winter of 2021. I have sat with my thoughts on this for quite a while before making this review to ensure I wouldn't be posting too hastily and making rash judgment calls. Now that there has been time and space from it, I have realized I am still just as upset, disappointed, and angry as when the job was originally done. I could go on with more details but I'll save my breath. I will not be booking a job with them in the future, and would not recommend for anyone else to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travis and his team did an excellent job with our basement foundation. They did bracing, pony wall, concrete pouring, etc. Given that the house is old and how the framework was before the job. Now, I have the peace of mind. They are definitely highly recommended. Thank you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Travis to install teleposts under my front and back porches four years ago. He was professional and the work was done well. His guys came out today to adjust the teleposts under the front porch. They were very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. They also made a suggestion that will cost less in the long run if the shifting continues. I'm happy that my front door opens, closes and locks properly. I would definitely recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travis and his guys came out on short notice during a very busy time for them and helped me out by adjusting my teleposts so I could move on with my main floor renovations. A couple of other local foundation companies left me hanging even when they said they would do the work. Travis was very professional and his guys were top shelf and explained in detail what they were doing and why it needed to be done. Very reasonable costs. Call them first when needing foundation repair!

We hired Travis a few years ago to do work in our basement and it was a given that I’d contact him again to help with the rigid foundation repair we needed done. He and his crew were incredibly thorough with informing me of what they were going to do, how they did it, and welcomed all the questions I had for them. I know if we need anything else done in the future, they’ll be the first place we contact as I know they do incredible work and personally trust them with our home.
