★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This area is still under development by daniels. This area has the Nelson M. School which was recently expanded and remodeled but the best part is the mini village thats becoming in of itself.
Only set back no night life at all everything is closed and no food or groceries

Worked with him on two separate occasions over five years. Both times everything went smoothly, with zero problems, and even some money-saving surprises along the way.
If you are new to Toronto or don't happen to know an excellent realtor, this guy is top-notch. No BS. Highly recommend to anyone looking at buying or selling in Regent Park, Cabbagetown, Corktown areas.
(I don't have experience with the other agents at the Regent Park Homelife, so can't speak to others at this office).

We were scared we would get some fast talking swindler real estate agent, but we got the complete opposite. David was knowledgable, professional, friendly and is exceptional at what he does, we never once felt pressure from him and always felt like he had our best interest at heart. David is a class act and his team and network are great as well. Im not one to take the time to write a review but buying your first property is a big deal and I recommend you do it right with my guy David.
