★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager is actually sooo rude didnt like to show the suite and eitger no pics of the suite wanted just we fill qn application and very rude by the phone and surprisly my friend that was looking for place found this appartments as well and when she phoned asking about the building and what was included as some stuff wasnt said in the post he hand off the phone to her twise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management staff doesn't seem capable. I had to complain about one of my neighbours for several months before they resolved the issue. Renters be warned, they let almost anyone into the building, including thieves and drug dealers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homeless people sleeping in the hallways. Always needles left around the building. Property management company refuses to pay for night time security which this building used to have, won't pay for cleaners to clean the hallways and staircases so they've been neglected for years. Bed bugs, cockroaches, the list goes on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst place ever. washroom pipe was broken it wasn't my fault tho. I was worried about my health because of the situation then Management said "IT JUST WATER " ??♀️ also when I moved out I just got $80 deposit which I paid $525 even though management took pictures of my unit for advertising and the Manager always told me my unit is the cleanest unit in the apartment. Of course around the apartment tons of sex workers and drug users! Be careful ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The current management company is horrible and treats tenants poorly. Elderly be warned, my dad has had heating issues and they told him "the heat comes on so thats all they have to do". If thats the kind of management company the owner hires I can old imagine the owner is not much better. I wish nothing but bad luck upon people who treat elderly in such a manner.
