★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installed our countertop wrong and when I pointed it out I was told if my sink cracks when they remove it, Id have tor replace. I said I hardly think so and saw they removed. When I went to open my drawers and cabinet none of them would open, when I called and emailed to follow up, I didn't hear back. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra and go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The initial phase of our kitchen counter installations was amazing. However, the follow up has been below sub standard. We have repeatedly tried to follow up to have some issues addressed. Either our calls have not been returned or when we have gone in person to request a in person follow up (which we would gladly pay for any repairs) with the promise of a visit nothing has occurred and without explanation. This type of customer service for such an expensive purchase and service is totally unacceptable. We have tried many time to connect and since all our attempts have failed I have no other means of expressing our concerns than by this post. I certainly hope no other customer is dealt with in this fashion as we have been dealt with.
