Remco Memorials just recently did a head stone for my father. I'm in Toronto Ontario and did all the ordering on the phone with an agent - Maurice. Exceptional service. I was on a tight time line for it and they came through for me. It was delivered and installed in Redvers Sk. two days early. I was very pleased with the finished product. They were referred to me by a family member and I'm so pleased I was. Thank you for making my father's last resting place elegant and as a veteran of the 2nd world war he would have been proud of it. I can not say enough about the positive action done by Remco, Regina for me. After a marker with my partner's name etc. was placed In an inappropriate place by another memorial company and they did nothing to fix the issue, I contacted Remco and the marker was moved to the correct spot within a three days. Kudos to Remco for correcting this for me. I will be recommending Remco to everyone I know.

The headstone we ordered was lovely. However, the communication from the Regina office to us regarding the timing of the placement of the headstone was nothing short of unprofessional. We were told we would be notified when the headstone was placed. As the date of the memorial was fast approaching we had not heard from the Regina office by the Wednesday of the week of the burial ceremony. The ceremony was Saturday. No communication until we reached out by email on Wed and were told it would be set later that week. No one ever followed up with us. We reached out again that Friday and were told it had been placed but that was after we had emailed first. They sent us an upside photo to confirm. I checked with the Cemetary and it had been placed on Wednesday. Had we known that, which was the responsibility of Remco to let us know, it would have saved us a great deal of stress. The emails from the Regina office had spelling errors, poor grammar and no apology for the lack of communication was ever provided. We had to initiate communication, continually asking when it would be placed. It was nerve wracking not knowing if it would be ready as we had family coming from out of town for the burial. Following this, we sent an email to the Regina office about our concerns. No response. That was June 2018. We completed an online feedback form through their website. Still no response from that form. We reached out to one of the Leaders of the organization via email. She responded by email saying she would look into it and get back to us. That was June or July 2018. To date we have not heard from her again or any representative from Remco about our concerns. We explained that their lack of communication and professionalism made a difficult time, more difficult. Still no acknowledgement.

It took over 11 weeks to get my dads monument delivered. It was delayed due to Remcos error. It took 11 weeks to actually connect with someone even though multiple emails and calls were made. When I did speak to the owner Scott- he lacked compassion. It was more like speaking to a car sales manager than it was someone who deals with such a sensitive topic. I would never recommend this company

The memorial we ordered turned out well, but our family was told that we would be contacted when it was completed so we can arrange a date to be there for the placement at the grave. We were not contacted as promised and the memorial was placed without us knowing about it. When questioned about it, Remco staff were not accountable for how it happened nor very apologetic or sensitive to how that might feel to the family. If the placement details are important to you, you may wish to get the details in writing from Remco or consider going somewhere else.

Brian was friendly, very knowledgeable and best of all, easy to work with in this difficult time. I haven't received my order just yet but from what I can see if the rest of their works, my order will look amazing. They can do pretty much anything with a tombstone at Remco!
