I feel that the procedure has helped the issues we were trying to target and look forward to my next session on Monday. I recommend Refresh to anyone looking for these services. I am so thankful for Rebecca. She is incredibly professional, attentive to any concerns that I bring up, and so compassionate and caring during the entire process. She makes me feel at ease when she is doing the needling by making conversation. I can’t say enough good things about Rebecca’s professionalism and bedside manner. I highly recommend that you go see her!

Carly walked me through what, where and why she thought my legs were hurting. She took the time to show me stretches and described how long it should take to do them and to also stretch in the shower because the heat will help. Thanks guys for looking out for me. ?

Kirsten was wonderful. I have to say that after my treatment I had the best sleep in months, and the first time in years that I haven't needed to take an allergy pill at night. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend that you check this place out.

I had acupuncture as a last resort as I could not lift my left arm above my head for the pain. In just three sessions the pain was greatly relieved and I can lift my arms to the sky. My confidence in acupuncture has been restored. Thank you so much ladies!

She uses different variety of techniques and gets a lot done in just an one hour session. I always leave feeling my muscles have been worked, released and now relaxed. We have great conversations and she always provides me with some stretches to help with my areas of concern. -Becca is amazing at what she does for cupping and acupuncture. I am used to a little more one on one time with a therapist who usually does some fascia release when doing cupping. But I do still get the benefit of acupuncture and really enjoy the benefits my body feels from it. Both these therapists are great! Online booking is excellent and a must for me makes it way more convenient.
