Our Team
All of our staff have a detailing background, but are still required to go through a minimum of 40 hours of supervised hands on training to ensure the consistency and expectations of our clients are met. Our mandate is simple, we want to be the premiere go to vehicle detailing facility in the Downtown Calgary area for everyone. Whether you are just in the area for the day enjoying Calgary's vibrant DT shopping, pub and restaurant scene, or you work here. We want to do our part to add to your enjoyment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are absolutely a rip off! We got a groupon for $165 and we got service that was probably worth $20. They didn’t do anything right. It was the worst detailing job ever! Some guy if Kijiji would’ve done a far better job then they did!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a clean and shampoo. The price is right, but you get about much effort as you pay for. They never tried to get into any crease or corner. There's gunk still in cupholder creases, and corners of change holders on my console, the creases in my dash still have dirt in them. The shampoo wasn't that great either. Carpets still look dirty, didn't really get all the winter salt out. If you just want a cheap cleanup for yourself I guess you could come here, but if if you're selling or something, take your business to somewhere who actually cares about the quality of their service.

No idea what the cause might have been but they handled the situation amazingly and offered me a new windshield without question. Sometimes you can't help that things happen, its how you deal with issues when they do happen that counts. Would recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for interior car detailing and shampoo and I ended up with the most expensive day parking... I admit that my car was dirty, but all that was done was vacuuming and basic shampoo. Not even close to a detailing job. I got home and I use my own products and time to clean plastic surfaces, remove stains, clean cupboards and windshield. What a waste of money... I would never go again there or recommend to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would never recommend this place to anyone. I booked an appointment at the Jamieson location and they moved it to Banker's Hall location without asking me. I submitted a question about this on the website and no one replied. So I drove to Banker's and when i called to ask for directions they didnt know how to tell me how to find them. I finally found them and my car was cleaned to a decent standard. The worst part is that when I left the detailer didn't validate my parking so i was forced to pay $26.50 to leave the parkade. I contacted reflections and they said they would try and refund my credit card. I emailed them back 4 days later and someone named William Mah said it was a little late and never replied after that. This place is a disorganized waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an interior clean at Jameson Place by Erik. Super nice guy, removed my car seat for me because i had no clue how and put it back in backwards to ensure we (parents) hooked it up again correctly and didn't forgot it was strapped in. love that idea. Was done hours earlier than expected. Easy drop off easy pick up at the 24 hr security on the main floor. Awesome security guards even! The price can't be beat, i've been quoted double + elsewhere. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is my email to Reflections customer service. I received no reply in 2 weeks. Biggest regret, I tipped before seeing the quality of the job. I will not use them again.
I had my vehicle detailed Thursday at Jameson Place 10:30 appt. Here is my experience
· Arrived 7:20 - no one there. (supposed to open at 7 AM)
· Made another trip over to drop keys back before my appointment
· Paid online and arranged to have keys left as security desk as your detailer was not working that afternoon.
· Noticed a couple spots on the exterior that had been missed when I picked it up. Did not think much of it.
· Gate card left on the dash, parking machine at exit said it was expired when I tried to exit the parking garage. Cause a lineup and had to wait for onsite parking staff to let me out.
· On the way home noticed the inside of the windshield had not been cleaned.
Had a look through the vehicle at home:
· Dirty cup holders
· Back carpet of the SUV still has loose debris, small amount of grass
· sunroof not cleaned
· Dusty dash, must have wiped then vacuumed?
· Tailgate smudges on the chrome
· No contact/feedback/customer care link on your website.
I usually use the other downtown detailing service LeClercq. I have always had excellent experience there.
The job at Reflections looks like one of my kids did the work. I have pictures those if you would like to see the quality of the work done.
