★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of 6 inspections that I have witnessed this was the most comprehensive one I have ever seen. I am confident that I know about every missing screw/nail in this house. Every wall was checked with thermal for shoddy insulation and every coil of heated floor was checked for heat. Our location was quite remote and Mark showed up well in advance. I had the report in my email within an hour of completion. He went through every comment on the report and gave me ideas on how to fix up the things he found. Be prepared to spend the better part of a day going over your place with Mark. You get what you pay for and this was money well spent. Thanks Mark

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the spring Mark helped us to check into our home and ensure that it wasn't hiding any unwanted secrets from us before we firmed up our offer. He was very, very prompt and professional and delivered full explanation on his findings and the normal ranges he was comparing items within the home to as a standard. We did proceed with purchasing our home and now 4 months into living here we have not discovered anything he may have missed and believe he did his absolute best in inspecting this home.
