★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was indirectly struck by a tractor-trailer at 114 km/h, thus, sustained complex catastrophic injuries and requiring the use of mobility aids such powered wheelchair for various demanding situations. The staffs at Red Arrow are highly professional and understanding. I am grateful to be able to take my powered wheelchair along to different destinations. Thank you Red Arrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there on February 28 to get a bus ticket for future travel and Johanna was went above and beyond for customer service. She explained the luggage policy the schedule and the routes for both bus services. My only complaint is that more staff should be there. Three people were waiting to get a bus ticket (me being one). I felt so bad for her. She had to help unload the bus all by herself and had to attend the counter after it was done. She was very apologetic about the wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Red Arrow is my favourite option for regional trips within the province. It's a little or a lot more expensive than some competitors depending on the date booked but it is worth it. Even if Greyhound came back to Alberta there is no way I'd go back to them after trying Red Arrow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to two of Red Arrow's offices, one in Downtown Calgary and here in Red Deer, AB. My experience here in Red Deer office was great! Bending machine with ton of useful stuff for casual and frequent travelers (please see pictures) also whenever I called the 1-800 number I thought it was going to be a hassle but no! Callcenter people answer quickly, are very helpful providing info regarding departures from any Alberta station and habdle exact same pricing as any physical ticket office. Red Arrow Red Deer ticket office was extremely clean, lady that got me the ticket was super nice too! Smooth quick and easy transaction. Thanks!
