★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling, deplorable customer service. "Eric" announced that he would be going for lunch and would be late for our appointment. Then he never showed up. He wouldn't respond to my ETA request or rescheduling offer, and blocked my number instead of explaining the situation. Unbelievable. Thank goodness I didn't pay beforehand haha maybe I dodged a scam?
