I was all over the place, westboro, vanier, beechwood, downtown, houses, condos; you name it. He sent me perfect listings and made a ton of appointments for me since I couldn't make up my mind, and all with a smile. He met me at work any time we needed to discuss or sign things as to not inconvience me and guided me towards properties in neighbourhoods I didn't know about as a new resident of Ottawa.
