★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be extremely fit, but after many many years of a stressful desk job my body has seized up and no longer moves easily. I've been getting one on one training at RealFit for a few years now and they have reversed years of immobility. I've also had a few knee surgeries and a broken ankle they tailored the movements to my body's specific needs. Life changing.
