(or not utilized, they rarely show up for pickup on schedule for the few loads we have done with them). they lie. they don't care about your freight. they care about booking as much freight as possible, brokering some out and / or taking only what they need in the end. They will give your freight back at the last minute if they find something better for them. They are out for themselves. They are unprofessional. They will let you down.
even if they manage to pickup your load, they will not deliver on time.
unfortunately they just don't understand what service means. If you question them on their lies, they curse at you. very, very bad. from someone with 20 years in the industry......DO NOT USE REAL TRANSPORT!!
