I have been to multiple locations and never had an issue with staff/order but this location has really bad staff. Some of them don’t have simple manners. I was trying to scan my card and it didn’t go through, the lady at the register just kept on staring at me. And the worst part is that the staff doesn’t have name badges on them so we know who they are. It’s good to have name badges so that nice staff doesn’t get blamed for others’ poor service.

They were of course in front of me I'm not blind person that I can't locate it. That time I was looking for plastics not paper straws, or whatever rather than informing me that they don't have it anymore she showed me the wrong straws completely "Arrogantly"' and without even letting me complete my sentence she went inside the store by "Totally Ignoring" me. Wow Exceptional Customer Service ?. Later when I asked some other employee what her name was she's like, why do you wanna know bla bla Worst Customer Service. The juices are good but if you're buying from here be ready to deal with these types of employees.

The matcha was NOT even blended well enough, the excessive amount of powder was foul and made it exceedingly biter they also did not try one bit to hide the fact that it was a vile drink! Please do BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apart from all above, good, one time triable if there is space available to sit. If you’re in a rush don’t go for it. Nice vibes when there is a seat available, cause the shop is at the corner and will get the view to everywhere.
