★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with one agent from this firm but he quit--hard to believe. I guess he lives in Steinbach and does not have a lot of time for home buyers in Winnipeg, unless they are easy. In any case, I am totally unfamiliar with the notion of quitting in a sales environment. I therefore asked this firm to replace the quitter and a different agent contacted me, however, we were never able to meet, given that their office at St. Mary's is not very close to our search area (North Winnipeg) and he could not meet anywhere else, ever over coffee. I think this firm is simply too difficult to work with. They seem more like country bumpkins with an obsolete business service model, than a city-based performance sales machine. They also drew a blank when I asked if they could provide a Mandarin-English speaking agent--imagine that--in this city--at this time. I had to move on...I cannot imagine where they are from
