Never rushed them and encouraged them to walk away from bad situations. When we decided to sell it was a no brainer. Amber came through the house like a pro and told us what to focus on and what not to do (saved a lot of internal discussion trust a pro). Her marketing was amazing. Friends and neighbour’s commented to us on the wow factor of it. And they thanked us for getting fifty over asking. Ten offers on offer day. Bottom line I’d recommend Amber to anyone and would use her again in a second. And so will my son and wife as they head to their next house.
