★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark Stevens was our realtor we met through a general website in 2015 when we bought a condo and only 2.5 years later, a house! We enjoyed the seamless process of our journey with buying a condo in PoCo that we unquestionably hired mark again to find our “forever home”. With all of the stress purchasing a home causes at times, it was undoubtedly a rocky road with the current economy and market. Not only did we experience slight loses losing to a slight bidding war or two and our condo not selling as quickly; no fault of mark but bad market timing, Mark was always a kind and open minded helpful support system to us AND as our realtor. He held a lunch in an open house (at his cost) and when we finally locked into buying our new home and the owner had yet to pack up, clean and leave (as per her contract) we were frustrated with tears and Mark did everything in his power to make the awkward transition comfortable and as he says it, happy buyers. He hired not only a professsional carpet cleaner but also house cleaners... it took a while to feel calm after the storm of our crazy journey locking in this house but we couldn’t be happier and at times it felt mark was a part of the family.... he probably wouldn’t love me staying this but it felt like we spoke or texted night and day and he rarely had us waiting over a minute or two for any type of response!! Thank you Mark, for your sense of humour and Realtor love

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give the Cardas Mugridge Group 5 stars. Mark was very informative, professional and a very personable, funny guy. Was a little concerned when he suggested I list quite a bit under what I expected the asking price to be but he knew what he was doing as I had a huge turnout at the open house (according to neighbors) and received way more than what I expected. He also helped us find exactly what we needed in our price range. He also does little things others would not, going above & beyond. I highly recommend.
