Her knowledge of the market and the community is top notch, and she has insight into every builder and development. Christine continually goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy.
We sold one property in a tough market with many comparable places for sale, yet Christine managed to get ours sold first and for top dollar. We recently purchased a property in a red hot, competitive market and once again Christine’s negotiating skills and experience led to OUR offer being accepted and at a great price. We have no doubt that these successes were because we chose the best realtor, and wouldn’t have happened otherwise.
Christine doesn’t hesitate to roll up her sleeves and jump in - she even crawled through a filthy crawlspace to check the foundation personally!!!! Christine is always available and willing to listen. We were so grateful to receive a thoughtful move-in package that included all the essentials we had forgotten like scissors, soap and paper towel.
We highly recommend Christine to everyone we know! There is no better realtor!

Her list of professional contacts is impressive: painters, photographers, staging etc. She event found us an amazing Real Estate person in the Interior to help find a place. Christine's team worked extremely hard all weekend with insane numbers of visitor to our house. Our neighbours were very impressed how well they handled all these visitors in our neighbourhood. I will absolutely recommend Christine TOSSA to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the Lower Mainland.

Christine and her team work so well together, and before you know it your house has a For Sale sign in front of it and less than one week later a SOLD sign. Christine is well networked in the community and is able to pretty well pull a rabbit out of a hat. We need it. We ask her. It gets done. Client's needs are first and foremost and pretty well anytime we needed something, whether it was a painter, a gardener, a house cleaner....Christine would send us options to consider. Price point of selling a home is so important, especially in these changing times. Christine knew exactly what to do and when to do it! She is upfront, honest and trustworthy, what else could we ask for? Christine also helped us find our new home. It took us 8 months to do so, but when we found it, Christine offered her expertise and kept us within our comfort zone. During the interview she had all the documentation and paperwork ready so it was easy for us to understand the selling process and the expected pricing in our area for a home like ours.
She always kept a constant communication with us so we knew everything that was going on with the sales in the area and will promptly answer ant questions we had. Christine and her Team provided us decorations advise and brought lots of items for staging, making our home look amazing !
