Matt and Madalin are the ones to go with. I can't imagine another realtor/realtor duo who would've provided service, expertise, and all the right connections to the level that Matt and Madalin did. We were first time home buyers, and not particularly savvy with these kinds of things, but these two made the process easy, focused, and painless. Best customer service ever! Maddalin and Matt provide the best customer service, they are always there when you need them, they call you back right away and answer all the questions you have. They understand that buying your home is a big deal and go beyond to make sure you chose what is right for you. Maddalin and Matt really care about your investment, they will give you clear and useful information so you understand everything that you need to know about buying a home: from mortgages to market prices. Selling:  Matt and his team of contractors did a fantastic job in helping to prepare my house for selling - great carpet installers and expert stagers! Buying: Madalin was very knowledgeable, provided great service and really understood what I was looking for. She provided personal service that was very much appreciated (ie advice on a poor status certificate).

What struck us from the beginning of our first interview was how clear, concise, calm and comprehensive Matt was in sussing us out, sussing out our needs and describing how the whole real estate system works.
