There were many seemingly small but extremely significant things that they did to show this. Saying things like "this is a great option within our budget", "we'd like to know more about X, Y and Z" and "this wouldn't quite meet our needs" made me feel included in the process, and had all of my needs heard. When there were big decisions that needed to be made, Andrew & Jill called me together to show their support, and ensured I had all of my questions answered before moving forward through any part of the process. They were reassuring and clear, patiently supporting and addressing all of my questions. After the offer was accepted, through subject removal and prior to the completion date, Andrew & Jill were readily accessible and quick to respond to any and all questions. They recommend an outstanding inspector and notary in addition to quickly working with my mortgage broker to get everything sorted as fast as possible to meet various deadlines. They ensured I had everything covered ahead of my completion date, including recommending an insurance broker, and reminding me of other important items to coordinate (i.e. organizing internet and utilities). They took time to make sure they understood my hopes for the property when I moved in, as well as future options for modifications, and provided a list of top tier recommendations for work I intend to do in the future. When they take on a client, Andrew and Jill are fully committed to ensuring that everything is a positive experience. They work extremely well together so that they're both always apprised of what is going on, to the point where I could communicate with either one and know that the important information would be passed along to the other. They were quick to respond to any message by email, phone or text, making communication effective in and amongst my own busy schedule. Thanks to the Hasman's, I have found my dream home, and I'm so glad to have worked with them. They turned what can be a very challenging & hectic process into something I looked forward to doing thanks to all of their support and guidance.
