His experience and knowledge of the Vancouver market helped us determine a solid asking price and present the condo in its best light. Within 10 days of listing the condo we had several offers over the asking price. Throughout the entire process Jeff was available to answer our questions and keep us updated. Not only is he a professional who is good at his job, but he’s a genuinely nice guy who was a pleasure to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeff sold my father's condo, my father in law's house, and many for my close friends. In every situation he was the best pro and nicest person he could be. I know thousands of Realtors and I know of none that give better, more honest service. He cares about the people and maximizing the price for them. Other Realtors go out of their way to show his listings due to his attitude and skill.
