 Lately Mr. Crevier organized the purchase of my condo. He was a listing agent. I have in the past bought and sold several houses, with and without an agent, listing or not. I can assure you that it is rare to meet such a professional and dedicated person. He was always good advice and cared as much about the seller as he was about the buyer. Avec le marchĂ© actuel, survoltĂ©, nous avons rĂ©ellement apprĂ©ciĂ©s ĂȘtre encadrĂ©s par des professionnels pour rĂ©aliser ce double projet. 6 years ago, we stumbled upon Gaston and his team for our first real estate purchase in Montreal. After many visits we found our favorite. 6 years after the family has grown, we again called on Gaston and his team to sell and buy. With the current, hectic market, we really appreciated being supervised by professionals to carry out this double project. Everything went well, beyond our expectations in terms of speed. â â â â â We did not had a pleasure experience with REMAX. We had an excellent agent but the rating is more or less towards the experience of moving into the purchased home.
The seller left home in shambles with lot of dirt and items to discard. We had several items discovered later when we were cleaning.
Neither REMAX nor seller was able to help to take the responsibility of discarded items.
Apart from that, the sellerâs REMAX agent left her advertise board of hers to discard and did not take any responsibility to come and pick it up.
There should be a clause like any apartment to leave home to buyers without any items or else pay fine.
