★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe the individual folks at the local branch in Vanderhoof are excellent people and great at their jobs, but the fact that you can never talk to a warm body, and the automated system is pathetic is so frustrating. If there was a lower rating than 1 star, if have chosen that one.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at the Vanderhoof branch are always very friendly and professional. There isn't much banking I cannot do online these days, but when I do need something done in person it is always handled quickly and efficiently!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ took three months to set up an account with overdraft. Employee gave me the wrong number 2 times and was on hold for a total 6 hours just to find out the information they gave me was incorrect. While waiting for our account overdraft they charged us for the account even when we said we could not set one up unless we were able to get the overdraft for said account, which is only supposed to take 7 to 10 business days. Every time I call in I get a automated message, which hangs up on me before I can talk to anyone.
