★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to deal with CIBC for years now. I started out with 4 accounts and I'm down to 1. The explanation for the poor service I received was "it's difficult to find staff". You promote yourself as a top rated bank, act like one. Pay people a living wage so you can staff your branches properly. Integris is happy to take my business.
