★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RBC is grossly out of date. It is near impossible to speak to a person in my branch without jumping through ridiculous hoops. A very simple request confused the bank at several levels and heaven forbid we request something be sent digitally. For some reason, this bank insists on printing the digitally created document for pick-up, and is unable to follow simple directions. I would have given fewer stars if it were an option. It is getting harder to justify staying with RBC.
