I went to this place on Saturday to set up an account but they just sent me to another rbc on circle 8th just so they can tell me I have no meetings when they said they set me up with one. They didn't even let the other rbc place know I was coming in the first place. Hate it, such slow service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to open an acc with free ipad promotion at this branch. One of the bank associate told me that i have to open 2 accs one is chequing which is 15$/monthly and 1 is the Vip for 30$/month. Which on the website it allows you to open either one of the accounts, doesn't have to be both. I had to go to another branch to open an acc cos they seem like not interested in me opening an acc. I don't recommend going to this branch. Staff ddnt feel like friendly to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch seriously need to train their employees as I go no weekly to confederation location to deposit cheque there has never been an issue but whenever we come here to deposit cheque there is always so many questions asked for no reason I have same job cheque that I deposit every bi weekly.. manager here don’t care about customer service they would just say it’s an standard procedure.. I have been to many locations but never had issue with this.,
