★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to get a loan with online credit companies and they all turn down my loan request / in the process one of these companies set up unauthorized preauthorize biweekly payments / I signed a declaration form to stop payments and RBC continues to allow this bogus authorized payment / I'm obviously a victim of fraud involving fishing scam / now I'm paying NSF charges because there is no money in my account / be cautious of scams / RBC wont be there to help stop them / were is the fairness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unable to confirm my appointment time by calling in. I keep speaking to a computer that can't answer my questions. Then hangs up on me. So I have to drive to bank so I may double check appointment time for today because I can't remember if it's for 2 or 4pm. Pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the bank but the closure of sat sun downtown with all other bank is to me a big question as to why? I work full time days 11-7 sometimes 11-9. But if I’m downtown at a local event how are we to get money from banks on sat or Sunday’s if they are all closed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine a bank that only operates Mon-Fri, 9-5, but after hours YOU CAN'T EVEN USE THEIR ATM! There's a sign on the door saying their ATM area is locked after hours and you have to travel to another branch, the nearest of which is 6 km away. Inconvenient if you drive. BIG problem if you don't. I know you hate the idea of a homeless person being in your ATM area, but you are REALLY aggravating your customers. Hope it's worth it.
