V	Vijay Iyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is good. There was a line before entering but luckily we had reserved a table in advance. The main course (we had pizzas and pastas) was somewhat underwhelming. Appetizers were good. Staff was very friendly.

The food is not only delicious but the portions are very generous. I believe they are hiding a Nonna in the kitchen. I will keep coming back to this divine yummy goodness.Thank you!
n	natalie labranche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was AMAZING, there was no question about it ... now as for the service we received this evening, I can't say the same ... we contemplated a few times just getting up and leaving ... 35 almost 40 mins of waiting before we were even offered water, let alone had our drink order taken ... I find this unacceptable .. (we watched 3 tables that arrived AFTER us be served and drinks brought out to them ..) Food alone would be 5 stars ? hands down .. but due to the poor service and feeling like we were just being "passed off" (the "reasoning" we received from a waitress) ... I've opted with the 3 star ...

An unnecessary amount of onions as you can see in the picture but the flavour was pretty wild. I would definitely like to visit this place again as I was only able to try this pizza and their pasta list was long and intricate so I can only imagine how could one of those dishes would be.

Our reserved table of 5 turned into a table of 6 at the last minute, and your staff were able to accommodate us without a problem (sorry about that) Our server was top notch (I wish I had caught her name) but I felt so special that not only our server, but every staff member who came to our table took the time to wish me a happy birthday. We were a little disappointed that the dill pickle app was unavailable, but the good news is we all found some new favourite apps!! The roasted cauliflower and the gnocchi were ???? I’m one who likes to try a different pasta dish every time I stop by, but now that I’ve had the Rustica…it will be my go to every time. It was amazing. Thank you for the great evening!!

The dark atmosphere and Italian ambience was wonderful. We ordered the Mushroom Bruschetta as an appetizer and it was fantastic... 5 pieces of perfectly toasted bread with cream cheese, butter and mushrooms... Delicious. The restaurant was packed but we still got a table and the food came very quickly despite the 1.5 hour limit at the table. The waitress was very personable and a pleasure to be around. The general staff was also very happy and outgoing. The main dishes, both pasta were the best pasta my girlfriend and I ever had. I recommend this restaurant hands down for an excellent meal and an all around great experience. I have nothing but praise for Respect is Burning.
S	Shaun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was pretty decent. I enjoyed the mushroom rigatoni but the tagliatelle could have used some more flavour to it. The ravioli dish was decent. Our waitress was super friendly and I would generally give this a 4 star review. However, it loses a star because of how incredibly slow they were at getting us the bill. We finished eating at 6:45 and didn't leave the restaurant until 7:20. With two young kids waiting, it was a bit frustrating.
