★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally walked into the branch, made a appointment for a hour later via phone. ” covid related distancing”. No phone call, no email, nothing. Regardless of covid situations I expect a lot more from my bank, at the least a clarifying email. No contact. Even if they made a mistake on the day and hour. No email confirmation.
Very disappointed. Tried to call to fix the issue and automated repeat options that doesn’t help one bit with a missed appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank I have ever used in my life.
No one can do anything for you, any transaction requires 3 managers and 14 phone calls. Something that should take 10minutes TOPS will waste an hour or two of your day.
Opened a business account and decided to change banks for better rates but they froze my account and refuse to release funds while they "look into it". Over a month later no funds, behind on mortgage and paying bills and yet they call me EVERY DAY asking for me to pay off my credit card. HOW CAN I PAY ANYTHING WHEN MY FUNDS ARE FROZEN!
biggest waste if time and money, I will never use RBC or recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time. Second time they haven't been able to help me. Not going to use this branch again. Considering switching banks since my branch got closed down and can't stand having to visit others. The convince isn't there anymore and customer service is gone. Seems like they have new staff every visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been an RBC client for 50 years and the service today at 4 PM was the worst ever. The waiting area was full, the two tellers were both working with trainees and in the 20 minutes that I waited, nobody advanced to a teller. Two tellers and trainees at a 4PM busy time is crazy.......perhaps this particular branch manager needs a career adjustment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved to West Kelowna and was a bit nervous to come to the bank due to the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was kind and welcoming. I was helped right away. My teller was informative and intelligent. I will come back to this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can never reach anyone at the branch. It always transfers to the main RBC line and you get the auto attendant from hell. Its awful. A bunch of automated questions when you just want an operator... then they hang up on you after you keep saying "operator"... horrible. You can never actually call or reach someone at the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been banking here for 12 years, the multiple renovations have turned this branch into a dangerous place to bank. Zero privacy between teller, Welcome desk loudly asks you what your in the bank to do to try to get you to use their bank machines. Anyone in the bank hears what everyone is there to do. Cancel a US account, deposit a cheque, get a bank draft. I will no longer bank here. Just spent 40 minutes waiting and had to leave. In 40 min they saw 2 teller customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liliana R. is the best financial advisor I’ve worked with - she’s professional, explains everything thoroughly, and makes sure you are getting the services that work best for you. I will happily return to this branch just for her. As for the actual RBC, they could do better (booking this appt was a hassle and took about a month to get in).
This RBC has a drive thru ATM, which is nice.
