★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is not for this branch but for their telephone customer service. Terrible wait times. With any other financial institution you are connected to a customer service representative within 2 minutes. With RBC it always takes more than 30 minutes to wait for you to be connected to someone. They want to charge monthly fees but only want to cut costs and provide no service. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to open a business account. Sonia Laganiere was unbelievably incompetent. I had to repeat my answers many times and somehow she understood the opposite. Took her forever to finish it. BTW, the first thing she said was RBC selects its business clients and they reserve the right to refuse me. That was very welcoming. I realized after that she didn't even ask my ID, which is mandatory to open an account. My experience with other employees at this branch was always excellent, that's why I chose to go there.
